Atmosphere
Whether you’re new to cannabis and CBD products or rather seasoned with experience, or if it’s your first time in our store or your 50th visit, our goal remains the same: to ensure you have a comfortable and welcoming experience. 50 Shades of Green has curated a fitting atmosphere that invites you to step inside the world of CBD and cannabis and get to know what we’re all about.
With three locations in Lincoln and 11 in Omaha, we like to keep things consistent in our stores so that no matter which address you walk into, you are receiving the same professional yet pleasant experience. You’ll quickly learn that green is our favorite color, and our welcoming budtenders will help you settle into the environment as you browse. We’re a laid-back, enjoyable bunch that just wants you to have a good time – you don’t need to worry about impressing our parents.
BUDTENDERS
Every 50 Shades of Green location is staffed with knowledgeable and friendly budtenders – think bartender, but for bud. Our budtenders are available to answer any questions and address your concerns. While they may not have personally tried every single item or flavor on our shelves, they do know the science behind the products.
We know that our staff plays a big role in your experience at our store, which is why we take the ability and knowledge they possess seriously. Every budtender we hire is required to go through training before officially starting the job. These aspiring budtenders spend a week shadowing an experienced budtender, learning the ropes of the job and understanding the 50 Shades way of doing things. We make sure they know all the ins and outs of the job, from ringing up a sale to handling the products. The following week, the training expands to put our potential budtender’s knowledge to the test. They check IDs, greet customers, share their knowledge of our products, and get comfortable working on their own.
In addition to thorough training, we ensure our budtenders stay up-to-date on industry knowledge, such as understanding and being able to explain to customers the difference between Delta 8, Delta 9, and other cannabinoids. We trust our budtenders to be able to answer any question you might have about the industry and our products and, perhaps most importantly, to help you find the product that is right for you.
PRODUCTS
Ah, the fun part! We keep all our cannabis and CBD products in display cases and behind the counter. This not only makes for easy browsing, but also assures that the product you are purchasing has been kept safe from tampering. See something you want to check out for yourself? Just ask one of our budtenders and we can bring it out for you to take a closer look at, like the or . Plus, we offer free samples of a variety of products so that you can try before you buy.
50 Shades also offers clothing products, including hoodies, t-shirts, and stocking caps for purchase. We want you to stay fashionable, of course.
