Whether you’re new to the cannabis industry or you’re a seasoned user, these questions may help you have a better understanding of using cannabis products in Nebraska.

The Nebraska Hemp Farming Act and the 2018 Farm Bill, a federal initiative, were established to allow the cultivation, handling, marketing, processing, and sale of hemp products for commercial purposes. Hemp products must not have a Delta-9 THC concentration of more than 0.3% on a dry weight basis.
The effects of our products differ for every consumer. CBD is not an impairing compound, meaning it does not produce a “high.” Delta 8, Delta 9, and Delta 10 all contain THC, therefore making it possible to experience psychoactive effects. However, the level of THC in each of these compounds is no more than the legal limit of 0.3% dry weight per the requirements in the 2018 Farm Bill.
Hemp is the same species of plant as cannabis. Unlike cannabis, hemp contains very low levels of THC.
CBD will not show up on a drug test. Delta 8, Delta 9, and Delta 10 often appear on a drug test as THC, depending on time since last usage and usage frequency. If you need to take a clean drug test, we recommend avoiding consumption.
