Is this legal?
The Nebraska Hemp Farming Act and the 2018 Farm Bill, a federal initiative, were established to allow the cultivation, handling, marketing, processing, and sale of hemp products for commercial purposes. Hemp products must not have a Delta-9 THC concentration of more than 0.3% on a dry weight basis.
What is hemp?
Hemp is the same species of plant as cannabis. Unlike cannabis, hemp contains very low levels of THC.
Will CBD, Delta 8, Delta 9, Delta 10, or THCA show up on a drug test?
CBD will not show up on a drug test. Delta 8, Delta 9, and Delta 10 often appear on a drug test as THC, depending on time since last usage and usage frequency. If you need to take a clean drug test, we recommend avoiding consumption.
